Wire rod surface polishing machine frame uses the structural part,long square box structure.This equipment is composed of spindle, rotary disc, power drive part, straightener,protective cover,and vacuum cleaner.The working principle:Belt is mounted on the turntable with revolution and rotation,belt installed in the right place always close to the wire rod surface,by adjusting the eccentric shaft to complete belt tensioning-releasing,loading/unloading the belt and threading the wire rod,the adjustment of the eccentric shaft lever spring can change the tension of the sand belt.The main drive uses 2 set 7.5kw frequency conversion motor to run through a triangular belt drive spindle.The turntable is connected with the main shaft with a bolt,which is convenient for maintenance and disassembly.The machine is automatically controlled by the SIEMENS PLC program between the machine and the host,and the machine can also switch to separate control.The surface of the steel wire to remove rust through the belt machine completely meets the requirement of the coating. The abrasive belt uses imported zirconium corundum belt or ceramic belt.
